What is this service?
IT Services has the ability to restore files and folders from our local network drives.
- Personal Network Storage (H:)
- Personal Web Storage (W:)
- Department Shares
Data backups run on nightly. Data is restored from the last copy backed up.
IT Services is not responsible for data recovery stored locally on a stfx or personal device. Data should always be stored on your OneDrive of Network Share.
Why is it useful?
This service prevents the loss of time, resources, and information that result in losing data by recovering a user's data.
