It is best to submit a request for the service you need help with directly from the service's page within the service catalog; this method sends your request directly to the group responsible for providing support and will result in faster response times and resolution.
For example, if you need support for email, going to the "Email Support" service and clicking "Request Support" will send your request directly to the group that provides email support.
If you are unable to find the service you need help with within the service catalog, click the "Contact Support" button to the right to receive support.
