What is this service?

 mesAMIS reports are currently being transitioned to new systems; support for existing mesAMIS reports may be limited.


Why is it useful?

Reporting tools provide the primary information source for a variety of critical academic information for faculty and staff.

How do I access this service?

To request a report account click the "Request Service" button to the right.

Legacy reports are accessible from within Canada using the steps below:

  1. Go to
    • Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer supported when accessing mesAMIS and Banner, please use an alternate browser.
  2. Login using your StFX Credentials (same as email and Moodle)
  3. Choose the mesAMIS system
  4. Log in with your mesAMIS Credentials (ie Student ID and PIN or Faculty ID and PIN or if staff Stfx username and mesAMIS pin)


Non-legacy reports are accessible using the steps below

  1. Go to
  2. Log in using your StFX credentials (same as Moodle and email)
  3. You may be prompted for a second login this requires your StFX credentials again.

Millenium FAST

To access reports in Millenium FAST follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the VPN
  2. Once connected go to 
  3. Log in using your StFX credentials (same as Moodle and email)
