What is this service?
X-Reports is the main platform being used by Staff and Faculty to access institutional information. Reports are assigned by role as determined by a managers and approved by the Registrar Office. This service is used to request additional report access.
Why is it useful?
Reporting services are the primary information source for a variety of critical academic information for faculty and staff.
How do I access this service?
To request permission for a new report click the "Report Access Request" button to the right.
Legacy reports are accessible from within Canada using the steps below:
- Go to portal.stfx.ca
- Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer supported when accessing mesAMIS and Banner, please use an alternate browser.
- Login using your StFX Credentials (same as email and Moodle)
- Choose the mesAMIS system
- Log in with your mesAMIS Credentials (ie Student ID and PIN or Faculty ID and PIN or if staff Stfx username and mesAMIS pin)
X-Reports
Non-legacy reports are accessible using the steps below
- Go to https://data.stfx.ca/reports/report/Menu/Menu
- Log in using your StFX credentials (same as Moodle and email)
- You may be prompted for a second login this requires your StFX credentials again.
Millenium FAST
To access reports in Millenium FAST follow the steps below:
- Log in to the VPN
- Once connected go to https://fast.stfx.ca/
- Log in using your StFX credentials (same as Moodle and email)
